Basics
What is Shippified?
Shippified is a web app for resellers. It collects your checkouts from Discord monitor bots and your retailer order emails into one order list, merges messages about the same purchase into one order, keeps each order's status current as shipping and delivery updates arrive, and reports what you spent and what you made. See Welcome.
Does Shippified buy things or run checkouts for me?
No. Shippified doesn't place orders, run tasks or connect to retailer accounts. It only records orders you've already made, from the messages your monitors and retailers send.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Shippified runs in your browser at shippified.net. You connect it to places your order information already goes: your monitors' webhook settings and your email.
Do I need both Discord bots and email?
No. Either one works on its own. If you use both, Shippified matches them by order number, so one purchase appears as one order. See Quickstart.
Which monitor bots does it work with?
Built-in templates read Hayha, Refract and Valor posts. Posts from other bots are still accepted and read using common field names such as Item, Product, Price, Total and Order. When a bot's layout doesn't fit, you can teach Shippified to read it with a custom template, and capture a real post as a sample with the Embed copier.
Which retailers does it understand?
Order emails from Target, Walmart, Amazon and Best Buy are recognised out of the box: order placed, shipped, delivered, canceled and order updates. For other retailers, create a custom template for their emails, or add orders by hand with New order. See Order lifecycle.
Is there a mobile app?
There's no Shippified app in the App Store or Google Play. Use shippified.net in your phone's browser. See Dashboard tour.
Where do I start?
Follow the Quickstart: create a workspace, connect one bot or inbox, and see your first order.
Pricing and plans
Is Shippified free?
Right now, yes. Billing is switched off, so every workspace has the full plan with unlimited order intake at no cost. Settings β Billing shows Everyone's on the full plan. See Plans and billing.
What's the free limit?
When billing is on, the Free plan includes 100 new orders per calendar month, and the counter resets at midnight on the 1st in your timezone. While billing is switched off there's no limit. Settings β Billing always shows which applies to you.
What counts toward the monthly limit?
Only new orders, whether they came from a bot, an email or New order. A shipping or delivery email that merges into an order you already have, tracking refreshes and sale-price edits don't count. See Plans and billing.
What happens if I reach the limit?
New orders stop until the counter resets: bot posts are logged as rejected, forwarded emails bounce, and New order shows Limit reached. Orders you already have keep updating. See Troubleshooting.
How much is Pro, and how do I cancel?
When billing is on, Pro is $5 a month or $50 a year, with unlimited intake. Upgrading requires a verified email. You manage or cancel through Open billing portal on Settings β Billing, and your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. See Plans and billing.
Bots and email
How does a monitor send orders to Shippified?
Each "webhook bot" you create on Links β Webhooks gets its own URL. You paste that URL into your monitor where it asks for a Discord webhook, and every checkout it posts is sent to Shippified. See Connect Discord monitor bots.
Will my checkouts still show up in my Discord channel?
Yes, if you tell Shippified where to send them. Fill in Forward parsed orders to (optional) on the bot with a Discord webhook, or set a Bot throughput fallback webhook in Settings β Forwarding for all bots. Shippified posts each order there after reading it. See Discord monitor bots.
Should each monitor get its own bot URL?
Yes. It keeps each monitor's stats and template separate, and makes problems easier to trace. Never point one monitor at two URLs: every post would become two orders.
Which email providers can I connect?
Google (Gmail and Google Workspace) and Microsoft (Outlook and Office 365) sign in with their own approval screen. Any other provider works over IMAP. You can also create a forwarding address and forward retailer mail to it. See Connect an email inbox.
Is my email password stored?
Only for IMAP inboxes, and it's encrypted before it's saved (AES-256-GCM). Google and Microsoft inboxes don't use your password at all; the access token they give Shippified is encrypted the same way. Credentials are never sent back to your browser and are left out of data exports. See Account and privacy.
Does Shippified read all my email?
It checks your inbox for new mail about every minute, but only turns retailer order emails into orders. Other mail, such as newsletters and personal email, is skipped and isn't kept or listed. You can also restrict an inbox to specific senders with Allowed senders, or use a forwarding address so Shippified only ever sees what you forward. See Connect an email inbox.
Can I import orders from before I connected my inbox?
Yes. Use Rebuild orders from mailbox on the inbox card and choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year. Forwarding addresses can't be rebuilt, because there's no mailbox to read. See Rebuild from mailbox.
Should I connect my mailbox or use a forwarding address?
Connecting (Google, Microsoft or IMAP) is the least work: Shippified checks the mailbox itself and can rebuild past orders. A forwarding address shares only the mail you forward, but you need to set up a forwarding rule, and it can't import older mail. See Connect an email inbox.
Orders
Why did two messages become one order?
Messages with the same order number merge into one order, whether they came by email, Discord or both. That's how a checkout post, the confirmation, the shipping notice and the delivery email end up on one order. See Order lifecycle.
Can I change an order's status?
No. Status comes from your messages and carrier tracking, and only moves forward (Ordered β Shipped β Delivered). Adding a tracking number to an Ordered order moves it to Shipped. See Order lifecycle.
Can I edit an order?
You can fill in anything that's missing, such as the item name, cost, order number or tracking number, in the editor at the bottom of the order's drawer. Values already set are locked. Sale price can always be changed. See Order details.
Can I add an order by hand?
Yes. Click New order on the Orders page. Only Item name is required. Add the order number so later emails merge into it. See Orders.
What does "Unparsed order" or the Issue status mean?
Shippified couldn't identify the store or the item from the message. Open the order and type the item name, or fix it for every order with a custom template.
If I improve a template, do my existing orders update?
Yes, after you click Re-run parsing on the Templates page. It rebuilds orders from their stored messages and never overwrites values you typed or your sale prices. See Custom templates.
How do I delete an order?
Open it and click Delete order at the bottom of its drawer, then confirm. It's removed from your list and analytics; share cards you already made keep their snapshot.
Tracking
Which carriers are supported?
Shippified recognises UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and DHL Express tracking numbers. Live tracking, with scans straight from the carrier and automatic delivery, is available for DHL and DHL Express. For the others, the timeline and status come from your order emails, and the drawer links to the carrier's site. See Shipment tracking.
Do I need my own carrier account or API key?
No. Shippified looks packages up from its own servers. The carrier only sees the tracking number.
How often does tracking update?
For live-tracked carriers, recent orders are checked in the background about every 30 minutes, orders 30 to 90 days old about twice a day, and older ones when you click Refresh. Sync tracking on the Orders page refreshes up to 50 open orders at once. See Shipment tracking.
Why does my UPS order say live tracking isn't enabled?
Live lookups aren't switched on for UPS and FedEx. The order still updates from the retailer's shipping and delivery emails, and Check on ups.com opens the carrier's page. See Troubleshooting.
What about Amazon TBA numbers?
They're stored on the order and searchable, but they show as Unknown carrier and aren't looked up live. The order's status follows your Amazon emails.
Money
Where does an order's cost come from?
From the checkout message: the item price if the template finds one, otherwise the order total. If there's no price, you can enter Cost ($) yourself. See Profitability.
How do I record what I sold something for?
Click + sale price on the order's row on Orders, type the amount and press Enter. You can change or clear it any time. See Profitability.
How is profit calculated?
For one order: sale price minus cost. On Insights, gross profit is revenue (your sale prices) minus what those orders cost, and net profit also subtracts your subscription costs for the period. See Profitability.
What are subscriptions?
Your recurring costs, such as monitors, proxies and servers, added in Calendar β Subscriptions. Each one's cost is spread over the days it's active, so it's counted fairly in any date range. See Calendar.
Does Shippified convert currencies?
No. Amounts are added up as they are. Enter subscription costs in the same currency as your order prices.
Why is my profit negative?
Every order in the period counts its cost, including orders you haven't sold yet, and subscriptions count too. Add sale prices to sold orders to complete the picture. See Profitability.
Privacy and security
Can Shippified see my Discord messages?
No. Shippified doesn't read your servers, channels or DMs. It only receives what your monitors post to your Shippified bot URLs. If you add the Shippified Discord bot, it posts your digest, and its Copy embed to Shippified command sends only the one message you choose. See Discord bot.
Who can see my orders?
Only you, when you're signed in. Your orders, inbox, templates, settings and keys are never public. See Account and privacy.
What becomes public if I share or join the leaderboard?
Only what you choose. Share cards show your workspace name plus the sections you include: Stats (spend, orders, fulfillment, biggest day) and Checkouts (item names, stores, prices paid, quantities). Leave Stats out and your spend isn't shown anywhere on the card, its page or its link preview. They never show sale prices, profit, order numbers or tracking numbers. Your profile shows counts and your level, and you're on the leaderboard, only if you turn on Include my checkouts in public stats. See Sharing and profiles.
How are API keys stored?
Only a fingerprint (hash) of each key is kept, so a key can't be shown again after you create it. If you lose one, revoke it and create a new one in Settings β Developer. See Developer tools.
Does Shippified use cookies?
Yes. A cookie banner lets you choose which cookies to allow, and Cookie preferences reopens it at any time: it's in the site footer and, when you're signed in, in the user menu (click your initials at the bottom of the sidebar). See Account and privacy.
How do I make a privacy request?
You can download or delete your data yourself in Settings β Profile β Your data. For other requests, use the privacy rights form. The full policy is at shippified.net/legal/privacy.
Account
How do I sign in?
On the sign-in page, use Continue with Google, or enter your email and click Continue to sign in with your password or an email code. Discord sign-in is also available. Use your password instead opens the older Shippified email-and-password form. See Sign in.
How long do I stay signed in?
14 days. To sign out, click your initials at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out.
Can I change my account email?
Not from Settings. Account email is shown read-only in Settings β Profile. Contact support if you need it changed.
Can I change my username or workspace name?
Yes, in Settings β Profile. Your username sets your profile address and must be 3β32 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, dashes or underscores. Your workspace name is what others see on share cards, the leaderboard and Discord digests, up to 48 characters. See Settings.
How do I download my data?
Go to Settings β Profile β Your data and click Download my data. You get a JSON file with your orders, sources, bots, templates, subscriptions, shares and stored messages. Passwords, mailbox credentials and keys are never included. See Account and privacy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings β Profile β Your data, click Delete accountβ¦, type your account email and click Delete everything. Your workspace and everything in it are deleted immediately, and this can't be undone. If you had a paid subscription, it's cancelled automatically. Download your data first if you might want it. See Account and privacy.
Do I need an account to read these guides?
No. The guides and API docs are open to everyone. You can sign in with your Shippified account using Sign in in the docs header.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] or ask in the Shippified Discord. Include your account email, what you were doing and the exact error. See How to contact support.
