No Watchtower extension is shipped (see docs/implementation/editor-shells-owner-exception.md). Use any generic LSP client extension and point it at wtctl lsp:

The setting key depends on the extension you choose. Code lenses appear above mapped functions. The open-issue command returns a URL; clients that cannot open it show it in the hover link.
