Importing your backlog

Move your existing tickets into Tessel without losing history.

Supported sources

• CSV exports from any tracker

• Common hosted trackers, via API token

• Another Tessel workspace

Running an import

1. Open Workspace settings → Import

2. Choose a source and authorise it

3. Map source projects to Tessel teams

4. Review the preview and start the import

Imports run in the background. You will get an email when the import finishes, with a summary of anything that could not be mapped.
