Sharing and public profiles
Shippified gives you three ways to show your results to other people:
Share cards: a snapshot of your stats and checkouts, frozen at the moment you create it, with its own link and image.
Public profile: a live page at
/u/<your-username>showing your workspace name and, if you opt in, your level and activity.Leaderboard: a ranking of workspaces that have opted in to public stats.
Each one is controlled separately. This page explains what each shows and who can see it.
Share cards
Create a share card
Open the share dialog in either of these ways:
Click the Share button in the Home header.
Click your initials at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Create share.
Pick a Timeframe: 7D, 30D, 90D, YTD or All. The default is 30D. YTD starts on January 1 (UTC).
Choose what to Include. You need at least one:
Stats: spend, orders, fulfillment and biggest day.
Checkouts: item, store, price and quantity.
Check the Theme. The card uses your current dashboard theme, including a custom palette, button colour and background image. To change it, go to Settings → Profile → Appearance first.
Click Generate share.
You'll see a preview and the link. From there you can Copy link, Open the page, download a PNG, or click Make another.
What a share card shows
Every card shows your workspace name, the timeframe (for example "Last 30 days") and a summary line such as 42 orders (47 units) · $6,120.00.
Stats adds four numbers:
Stat | Meaning |
|---|---|
Total spend | What you paid for the orders in the timeframe: each order's cost, or, if it has no cost, the item price or order total from the message. Sale prices are never used. |
Orders | Number of orders, with units (or delivered count) underneath |
Fulfillment | Share of orders with status Delivered, whether a delivery email or carrier tracking confirmed it. Canceled orders are left out. |
Biggest day | Most orders on one day, and the date |
Checkouts adds an item list:
Orders for the same item name are merged into one row, even across stores. The store shown is the most recent one.
×Nis the number of orders for that item, not units. The price is what you paid for that item across those orders, using the same rule as Total spend.
Rows are sorted by count, then by total. The hosted page shows up to 24 items and notes how many more there are. Product images appear when the order has one.
Note: Share cards never show your sale prices or profit. Your resale numbers stay private even when you post a card.
Snapshots are frozen
A share card is calculated once, when you click Generate share. New orders, edits and deleted orders don't change it later. To update a card, generate a new one.
Each card gets a random, hard-to-guess link:
Page:
https://shippified.net/share/<code>. Anyone with the link can view it without signing in. It includes preview tags, so pasting it into Discord or X shows the card image.Image:

Manage and revoke shares
Go to Settings → Profile → My shares. Each share shows its timeframe, order count, total and what it includes, plus when you created it. Use the buttons to Copy link, Open it, or Revoke share.
Once revoked, the page shows "This share doesn't exist or has been revoked." and the image stops loading.
Note: Revoking can't pull back copies that already exist elsewhere, such as a PNG someone downloaded, or a link preview that Discord or another app has already saved.
Themes
Themes are set in Settings → Profile → Appearance. The presets are Mint Console, Sunset, Aurora, Magma, Vapor, Forest, Lavender, Coral Reef, Deep Indigo and Graphite. Custom lets you choose Primary, Accent, Deep and Button colours, plus a Background image (PNG, JPG or WebP, under 2 MB).
Your theme is saved in the browser you picked it in, not on your account. A share card uses the theme of the browser you create it from.
Your public profile
Your profile lives at https://shippified.net/u/<your-username>. Set it up in Settings → Profile under Workspace:
Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
Username | Sets your profile address. It must be 3–32 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, dashes or underscores. Availability is checked as you type, and it saves when you press Enter or click away. |
Workspace name | The name shown on your profile, share cards, the leaderboard and Discord digests (up to 48 characters). It doesn't have to be your real name. |
Public profile | On (default): anyone with the link can open your profile, and your leaderboard row can be clicked. Off: everyone except you gets "Profile not found". |
Include my checkouts in public stats | Off (default). Controls whether your numbers appear on your profile and whether you appear on the leaderboard. See the next section. |
What your profile shows
Section | Public stats off | Public stats on |
|---|---|---|
Workspace name and time since joining | Shown | Shown |
Level and tier name | Hidden | Shown |
Lifetime orders, This week (last 7 days), This month (last 30 days) | Shown as 0 | Shown |
Top retailer and Retailer split | Hidden | Shown |
Last 30 days activity chart | Empty | Shown |
Global rank ( | Hidden | Shown. Your rank by lifetime orders among the workspaces on the leaderboard, meaning those that opted in to public stats. |
You always see your own full stats, level and rank when you view your own profile. If your public stats are off, the rank you see counts you alongside the opted-in workspaces, so you can see where you'd land.
Note: Levels come from lifetime order counts, so a level reveals roughly how many orders you've had (see the table below). That's why the level is hidden along with your other stats when public stats are off.
The profile has three buttons. Copy link copies its address. Download card saves an image of the profile. Share to Discord posts the profile to your Discord output webhook; it only works for the owner and needs a webhook set in Settings → Forwarding.
Levels
Level | Tier | Lifetime orders |
|---|---|---|
0 | Awaiting first order | 0 |
1 | Bootstrapped | 1+ |
2 | Rookie | 10+ |
3 | Operator | 50+ |
4 | Pro | 200+ |
5 | Veteran | 500+ |
6 | Legend | 1,500+ |
Leaderboard
Open Leaderboard in the sidebar. You need to be signed in to see it.
Who's listed: only workspaces that turned on Include my checkouts in public stats. You always see your own row so you can check your rank, even if you haven't opted in; other people won't see you.
Week and Month rank by orders in the last 7 or 30 days, with lifetime orders breaking ties. All time ranks by lifetime orders.
What's counted: every order in the workspace, whatever its status, counted by order date.
What's shown: workspace name, level and order counts. A workspace without a workspace name is shown by its username, and your account email is never used. A row can be clicked through to the profile only if that workspace's Public profile is on.
The top three appear on a podium, and everyone else is under Rank 4+. The Your rank card at the top shows your tier, progress to the next tier, and any setup steps you haven't finished yet.
Public stats beyond Shippified
Turning on Include my checkouts in public stats also adds your orders to Shippified's community features in its Discord:
Daily drop breakdown and drop leaderboard posts. These list which items landed, which bots hit them, and which workspaces (by workspace name) checked out the most.
Public monitor feed. When this feed is running, each checkout your bots receive is also posted to a public feed channel as a short card: the item name, the store, the price from the message and the product image. It's posted under the name Shippified, not your bot's name. Your monitor's original post is never copied, so order numbers, tracking numbers, profile or customer names, emails and addresses from your embeds aren't shared.
Note: Item names and prices do become public in the feed. If you'd rather keep even those to yourself, leave public stats off. Your profile and share cards still work without it.
What is and isn't public
Information | Share card | Public profile | Leaderboard |
|---|---|---|---|
Workspace name | Yes | Yes | Yes (if opted in) |
Item names, stores, prices | Yes (Checkouts, what you paid) | Store names only, with public stats | No |
Sale prices and profit | No | No | No |
Level | No | With public stats | Yes (if opted in) |
Order counts | Yes | With public stats | Yes (if opted in) |
Order numbers, tracking numbers | No | No | No |
Customer names and addresses | No | No | No |
Your account email | Never | Never | Never |
Your orders, inbox, templates, settings and API keys are never public. Leaving public stats off keeps you off the leaderboard and out of the community Discord features.
