Connection strings

A Basalt connection string has six parts.

postgresql://postgres.abcd1234:secret@eu-west.pool.basalt.run:6543/postgres
           └ user ─────────┘ └pass┘ └ host ──────────────┘ └port┘ └ db ─┘

Part	Example	Notes
User	`postgres.abcd1234`	The pooler needs the project ref after the dot
Password	`secret`	Set when the project was created
Host	`eu-west.pool.basalt.run`	Region-specific
Port	`6543`	`5432` for direct or session mode
