Customer telemetry is stored on Watchtower's own servers at OVH, not at the platform providers above. Optional features a customer configures (for example outbound alert notifications or an LLM provider) send data to the destination the customer chooses; those destinations are chosen by the customer, not by us. Changes to this list are announced in the changelog.
