Email types

Postwick sends two kinds of email, and they follow different rules.

Transactional

A message caused by one person's action, sent to that person. Password resets, receipts, sign-in codes. People expect these, so they can be sent without an unsubscribe link.

Campaigns

The same message sent to many people at once — a newsletter, a launch announcement. These must carry an unsubscribe link, and Postwick adds one when you send a Broadcast.
