Bindings give your Ember access to other Emberline resources. A binding is a name on env — no credentials, no connection pooling.
Binding | Type on | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
Cinder KV |
| Configuration, cached pages, sessions |
Hearth SQL |
| Relational data |
Flue queue |
| Background work |
Service |
| Calling another Ember without leaving the network |
A binding name must be a valid JavaScript identifier. MY-CACHE is refused at deploy time; use MY_CACHE.
