Jump to postI imported 3,000 notes from a cloud notes app via its markdown export. The text is all there, but every image shows as a broken link like .
The images are in an attachments folder next to the notes. What did I miss?
Is the attachments folder inside your vault folder, or next to it?
Whitlock is onto it. Quillstone only sees files inside the vault. Move attachments into the vault, then go to Settings → Files & links and set Default location for new attachments to that folder so new pastes land there too.
If some links still break, they are probably relative to the note's own folder. Turn on Use shortest path when possible and re-run Rebuild links from the command palette.
It was next to the vault. Moved it in and 2,950 images appeared at once. The rest fixed after rebuilding links. Thank you!
Welcome to Quillstone, Tamsin. Fennwick's answers are always that good, don't get used to the rest of us.
