[Plugin] Weather Line — adds today's weather to your daily note

My first plugin! It adds one line like ☁ 14° · light rain to the top of each new daily note, using an open weather API (no key needed).

It is tiny and probably has bugs. Be gentle.

Congrats on the first plugin! One tip: cache the result for the day, some weather APIs rate-limit hard.

This is charming. Installed.

@rasmus added caching in 0.1.1. Thank you!
