Plugin API changes in 2.9 — please test your plugins

2.9.0 is in early access. Plugin developers, please test before it goes public. The changes that may affect you:

1. MarkdownView.editor is now available before onload finishes — guard any code that assumed otherwise.

2. workspace.getActiveFile() returns null while a canvas is focused (previously the canvas file).

3. New: vault.process(file, fn) for atomic read-modify-write. Prefer it over read + modify.

Report breakage in this thread with your plugin name.

Tidy Tables and Quill Kanban both pass. vault.process is very welcome — I had a race between two of my own commands.

Change 2 will break a few 'active file' plugins. Worth a line in the changelog.
