Welcome! This forum is where developers building on Vantor help each other, share what they ship, and tell us what to fix.
Search first. Most rate-limit and streaming questions have been answered — the search box in the header covers every thread.
Pick the right category. API problems go in API, app questions in Vantor Chat, and anything about agents in Agents SDK.
Include a request id for anything that looks like a bug. It starts with req_ and is in every response header.
API keys. If you paste one by accident, rotate it immediately from the dashboard — we cannot unsee it for you.
Account or billing problems. Those need the help center, where staff can see your account.
Be kind. Most people here are volunteers answering on their lunch break.
Thanks for being here — the Vantor team
One more tip from the regulars: when you mark the reply that fixed your problem as the solution, the next person with the same error finds it in one click. Please do it!
Bookmarking this. Could we get a pinned FAQ for the five most common 429 questions too?
@aminata good idea — on the list for next week.
