Oh. I was batching per user and had 60 users hitting at the top of each minute because of a cron. Jittering the cron fixed it.

- Voice mode cuts me off mid-sentence
There is: Settings → Voice → Pause before replying. 'Patient' waits about twice as long. We are also testing a hold-to-talk mode.
