Post what you shipped this month: a link, a screenshot, and one sentence on how it is built. Best three get featured in the weekly roundup.

  • Lena Kowalczyk The status page template from earlier, now with incident notes.
  • Jonah Pike 4471 The fridge recipe app, with a new "use up the leftovers first" mode.

Take a photo of the fridge, get a week of dinners and a shopping list for what is missing. Built over two weekends with Sketchpad for the UI and the Loom SDK for the vision step.

  • Lena Kowalczyk The shopping-list diff is a clever touch.
  • Ana Sofía Reyes Tried it with a very sad fridge and it suggested soup. Accurate.

Paste a build log, get a three-line summary and the likely cause. The streaming helpers made the UI trivial — tokens render as they arrive and the final structured result replaces the stream. const result = streamObject({ model, schema: z.object({ summary: z.string(), cause: z.string(), fix: z.strin

  • Theo Lindqvist For long logs, trim to the last 400 lines plus any line containing error — the model does much better than with the whole thing.

Our monorepo has 14 packages and three apps. Builds on every push were taking nine minutes, mostly re-building packages nobody touched. What actually helped Remote caching — turned on in project settings, then made sure every task declared its outputs. Ignored build step — skip a deployment entirely

  • kwame.dev @jonah_pike_4471 yes, that is what the !.next/cache/** line is for. Took us a week to notice.
  • Theo Lindqvist Great write-up. We are adding a warning when an artifact contains a framework cache directory — should land next month.

I needed a status page that does not cost more than the service it watches, so I built one. It checks endpoints from three regions, stores results in Blob storage, and renders a static page every minute. Status page template — light theme Deploy button and source are in the README. It is about 400 l

  • Ana Sofía Reyes This is lovely. Any plans for incident notes, or is it uptime only?
  • Lena Kowalczyk Incident notes are next — Markdown files in the repo, so they get reviewed like code.
