Member Management

View, filter, search, and manage verified members. Inspect individual member details, revoke access, and export data.

Overview

The Members page in your server dashboard shows every verified member. You can search and filter the list, view detailed profiles, manage roles, kick members, add them to your blacklist, and export the full member list.

Member List

The default member list shows:

  • Discord username and avatar

  • Verified date and time

  • Country of verification (flag icon)

  • Device type (desktop/mobile)

  • Whether their token is still valid (pullable)

  • Whether they were flagged as a potential alt account

Use the search bar to find members by username, user ID, IP address, or email. Use filters to narrow by date range, country, role, device type, or token status.

Actions

From the member detail page or the member list, you can:

  • Kick from server — Removes the member from the Discord server immediately using the bot's API.

  • Blacklist — Adds the member's Discord user ID to your blacklist, permanently blocking future verification attempts.

  • Remove verified role — Removes the verified role without kicking from the server.

  • Assign role — Assign any Discord role to the member.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple members from the list and perform bulk operations:

  • Bulk kick

  • Bulk blacklist

  • Bulk role assign / remove

  • Bulk export (selected members as CSV)

Mass Verify

Mass Verify lets you assign the verified role to all current Discord server members who haven't verified through Restore Hub yet. This is useful when migrating from another bot or when you first set up verification on an existing server.

Go to server settings → Members → Mass Verify and follow the confirmation steps.

Data Export

Export your full member list as:

  • CSV — All plans. Includes username, user ID, verified date, country, device.

  • JSON — Premium+. Full member data including network and device details.

  • XLSX — Business+. Spreadsheet format for advanced filtering and analysis.

Unverified Members

The Unverified tab shows Discord server members who have NOT gone through Restore Hub verification. You can use the /delunauthed slash command to kick all unverified members, or send them a direct link to verify.
