Topic list jumps when new replies load on Safari 18
Steps to reproduce
Open Latest in Safari 18.1 on macOS.
Scroll halfway down the list.
Wait for the "3 new topics" banner and click it.
Expected: the list stays where I was. Actual: it jumps back to the top, then down again by about 400px.
Doesn't happen in Firefox or Chrome.
