Plugin: weekly digest of unanswered questions for moderators

A small plugin that emails moderators a weekly list of questions in Support with no replies after 72 hours, oldest first.

every :monday, at: "08:00" do
  stale = Topic.questions.unanswered.older_than(72.hours)
  ModeratorDigest.deliver(stale.limit(25))
end

Settings let you choose the categories and the age threshold.

Installed it on our test site — the first email was humbling. 19 unanswered questions we'd missed.

That's the point! Glad it helps.
