Add the vendored folders to .tesselignore. Indexing skips ignored paths, and 400k files will drop to something much more reasonable.

Indexing has been at 87 % for two days on a repository with about 400k files, most of them in vendored folders.

Add the vendored folders to .tesselignore. Indexing skips ignored paths, and 400k files will drop to something much more reasonable.

Went from 400k to 31k files and finished in eight minutes.
