Agent cannot see environment variables from my shell

Question

Commands the agent runs fail because DATABASE_URL is missing, but it is set in my .zshrc.

The agent terminal starts a non-interactive shell, which reads .zshenv but not .zshrc. Move exports to .zshenv, or list them in the project's environment settings.
