We renamed master → main. Open PRs retargeted fine but two forks still push to master. Anything we can do on our side?

Yes. Organization admins can exclude repositories under Settings → Pair → Excluded content. Excluded files are never sent as context.

No — on purpose. A workflow triggered by a fork's pull request runs the fork's code, so secrets are withheld; otherwise anyone could open a PR that prints them.
