- Cache restore misses every run after switching to a matrix build
Worth adding: the cache UI under Pipelines → Caches shows which branch owns each entry. Saved me an hour once.

Yes. Organization admins can exclude repositories under Settings → Pair → Excluded content. Excluded files are never sent as context.

No — on purpose. A workflow triggered by a fork's pull request runs the fork's code, so secrets are withheld; otherwise anyone could open a PR that prints them.
