HTTP POST to a burrow URL does not wake a paused burrow (GET does)

A GET to my burrow's URL wakes it. A POST with a JSON body returns 502 until something else wakes it first.

Interesting — is the body large? Maybe the proxy gives up buffering it while the burrow wakes.

Reproduced, thanks. POSTs were not triggering the wake hook. Fix is in review.
