Burrows: persistent sandboxes that sleep when idle

Burrows are small, persistent Linux sandboxes. They keep their disk between sessions, sleep after a few minutes idle, and wake on the next request in about a second.

lark burrow create scratch
lark burrow exec scratch -- python3 -c "print('hello')"

They are built for agents and quick experiments — anything you would otherwise run on a laptop and forget about.

How is the disk billed while it sleeps?

@ozzie storage is billed per GB-month whether it is awake or not; compute only while awake.

Played with one for an hour, the wake time is honestly impressive.
