Check if your backup runs at 3 am. A full backup on a small machine can starve the Zigbee add-on long enough for devices to time out.
Jump to postEvery night around 03:00 about a third of my Zigbee devices go unavailable for ten minutes and then come back. Mostly battery sensors, but also two smart plugs.
Coordinator is a USB stick on a 1 m extension cable. 46 devices total, 14 of them routers.
Anything scheduled at 3 am that could cause this?

Backup is set to 03:00. Moving it to 04:30 tonight and will report back.
Moved it, no drops last night. Wow. Thanks @wren.
Also worth moving the coordinator further from the USB 3 port, they are noisy at 2.4 GHz.
