Every night around 03:00 about a third of my Zigbee devices go unavailable for ten minutes and then come back. Mostly battery sensors, but also two smart plugs.

Check if your backup runs at 3 am. A full backup on a small machine can starve the Zigbee add-on long enough for devices to time out.
