Fresh install on a Pi 5 with an NVMe HAT. First boot works, but after updating the OS it loops at the boot logo. Reflashed twice, same result.

Tuned the gates, no more false triggers from the fan. Thanks both.

- Which presence sensor actually works for a home office?
Any of the 24 GHz mmWave modules work for me, as long as you tune the distance gates. Set the far gates to ignore everything beyond your desk.
