The docs list streamObject, but some providers fall back to buffering the whole response. Is there a table somewhere?

My route handler streams a response with two tools. Locally it finishes in ~20 seconds. Deployed, the stream stops at exactly 15 seconds with no error.

You can already do this! In the variable editor, choose Preview and then "Select a branch". It is easy to miss.
