Helping shopping agents check out more reliably

As software agents take on more purchases for people, the builders behind them asked for three things: a way to confirm intent, a way to hold a payment method without exposing it, and a receipt the person can trust.

Confirmed intent

An agent can now request a one-time approval that the person confirms on their own device.

Scoped credentials

A scoped credential is valid for one merchant, one amount ceiling and one day.
